It's devastating news that anyone dreads -- hearing that you or a loved one has a terminal illness. Understandably anyone in this situation is desperate to hold on to any hope of recovery. In some cases that may include trying medical treatments that have not fully been clinically proven.
Colorado recently passed a ‘Right to Try’ law, which gives patients access to drugs that may be helpful to their condition, but have not yet been approved by the FDA. A similar measure has been put forward here in Nevada.
