Rep. Steven Horsford Shocked At Child Refugee Crisis

The United States is facing a refugee crisis on the southern border. This time the refugees are sometimes carrying teddy bears and other toys. They are all children.

Some have come to be reunited with parents who are already in the United States but lack documentation, and others were sent by parents who want them to live with other relatives already in the United States. But the Department of Homeland Security is unable to cope with the crisis and is currently housing the children in emergency shelters built from warehouses and airplane hangars. So what should be done? Congressman Steven Horsford, D-Las Vegas, visited Brownsville, Texas over the weekend and tells us what he saw.
