The Good Foods Of Lent

Pope Francis summed up the season of Lent in less than 140 characters. He tweeted: We all need to improve, to change for the better. Lent helps us fight against our faults.

But for many, Lent – often marked by fasting or obtaining from specific foods – is a fight against hunger. But it doesn’t have to be.

As Fronteras Commentator Yvette Benavides tells us, Lent means a change in the menu that could be seen as sinfully good.
