New Mexico is making a major push to lure Tesla to its state. Six years ago, Tesla pulled plans to build a multi-million-dollar assembly plant in Albuquerque. Now, New Mexico’s Republican governor Susana Martinez believes a package of tax cuts and other incentives will be enough. The problem is Nevada is also pushing for the two billion dollar battery factory, along with Texas and Arizona.
