Tea Party Strategist Challenges Horsford For Fourth District

Democrat Steven Horsford cruised to victory two years ago in the first race to represent Nevada's newest Congressional district, beating his opponent by eight percentage points. But at least two Republicans want to prove that the seat is not a safe Democratic district. Niger Innis, a former Tea Party strategist, is one of the conservatives who wants to replace Horsford. So why is he running? And how will he bring jobs and prosperity to a large, diverse district?
