Nevada looks set for another major constitutional struggleto cap off the legislative session. This time the Legislature, or at least some senators, want to dictate what tax measures make it to the ballot in 2014. Not so fast, say the unlikely trio of Gov. Brian Sandoval, Secretary of State Ross Miller and Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto. So just where will all this end? The Nevada Supreme Court? Or will political common sense prevail?
