Neon Reverb Turns Ten

The four-day music festival Neon Reverb returns this weekend for its tenth installment. The founders have passed the torch to Jason Aragon, who is bringing the festival back to its roots as a showcase of local music. We'll talk to Aragon and others about this year's festival, and what it means for the future of Neon Reverb.
