The School District Chooses A New Leader For The English Language Learners Program

Lucy Keaton figured out how to help her struggling students as the principal of Halle Hewetson Elementary School in North Las Vegas.  She has a new job in the district, assistant superintendent of the district's English Language Learner program. What must she do to help the 53,000 students in Clark County struggling to learn English?
