What Makes A Five Star School?

Clark County School District ranks schools on a star scale from one to five. The best performing schools earn five stars and the lowest get just one star. But, after this years rankings were released, some noticed that some five star schools where performance had declined were allowed to keep their stars despite not meeting the standards for a top performing school. We'll explore why those schools kept their stars and also look at what makes a five star school.
