8 Murders A Day

" 8 Murders A Day."  That's how many killings there are in Juarez, Mexico.  And that's also the title of Charlie Minn's new documentary, about Juarez's drug war and how it has affected the town's people.  Charlie Minn tells us about the people of Juarez, how he earned their trust, and what these killings say about our larger society.  Fronteras reporter Monica Ortiz Uribe, who covers border issues in Las Cruces, also joins the discussion.

"8 Murders A Day" runs through Jan. 12 at Regal Village Square.
