Women Still Earn Less

A new study reveals that Nevada women still earn about $7,700 less per year than men.  Why does the wage gap still exist in Nevada?  How do we compare with other states?  The report also claimed that if the wage gap were eliminated, that Nevada women could afford rent for 8 more months, or health insurance premiums for 3 more years.  What causes the gaps today, and how can we erase them?  Experts weigh in.
