Brookings Study on Minority Children

A new report from the Brookings Institute in Washington D.C says a majority of children in Nevada belong to racial minorities. Brookings attributes the trend mostly to population growth among Hispanics. The report also says white children nationwide declined by 4.3 million, while the population of Hispanic and Asian children grew by 5.5 million. We  talk with Brookings Scholar and author of the report, William Frey about what the numbers mean for Nevada's future.
