When to Tip and How Much

Writer Steve Dublanica found himself a little lubricated at a country fair in backwoods Pennsylvania. After using the temporary restroom, he found an attendant with a tip jar. The attendant wasn't attending to much and didn't offer the usual towels or breath mints. But Dublanica still felt he had to tip the attendant. But then he had tipper's remorse and decided to write the guide on when to tip and how much. He did much of his research in Las Vegas and tells us what he found in a town that prides itself on its customer service and makes its living by that customer service.
