Angela O'Callaghan offers some words of wisdom on choosing seeds for your garden.

If you'd like more information on growing vegetables in Southern Nevada, you may attend her class, "Growing in Small Places" which takes place on February 27. The morning class is geared toward those who haven't had much success with their patio gardens, or who have just been intimidated. The evening class will be for more experienced folks.

Please register in advance by calling Elaine at the University of Nevada Cooperative Extension Office at (702) 251-7531.
