The War on Drugs

The United States has only 5% of the world's population but it uses 60% of the world's drugs. That number alone is enough to suggest that we have no chance of winning the war on drugs or so argues Dr. Stephen Frye. His book " TWENTY-FIVE REASONS TO LEGALIZE DRUGS--WE REALLY LOST THIS WAR!" explains why he thinks the war should be over. We talk to him about why the war is a lost cause and what we should do to wean our society off its dependence on drugs.
