Ensign Scandal

Congressional watchdogs called it clear evidence of a crime. They were talking about all the details the New York Times gathered showing Sen. John Ensign had been involved in a cover-up to stop Doug Hampton publicizing Ensign's affair with his wife. Some say the FBI is ignoring it but it will be news again tonight as Doug Hampton gives an extensive interview to ABC News Nightline.
