Las Vegan Byron Georgiou is a member of the ten-member commission that hopes to write the definitive history of the financial crash by the end of next year. We talk with him about the project and what it can achieve. We also ask if it can live up to the promise of its famous predecessor from the 1930s - the Pecora Commission.
