Domestic Partnerships

The state is now taking applications for people wanting to register as domestic partners under the law recently passed by the Legislature. Secretary of State Ross Miller tells us how it works and Attorney Jeff Garofalo joins us to explain what is means and what potential problems lie ahead for new partners.
