Regina Herzlinger

We talk with Regina Herzlinger, a Senior Fellow with the Manhattan Institute Center for Medical Progress and a Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School. Herzlinger coined the phrase "consumer-driven health care" and believes consumers, not the insurance companies or the government, should be making decisions about their health care. We talk with her about her thoughts on the health care reform proposals being debated in Congress.
