Gard Jameson Chairman
, Children's Advocacy Alliance

...on his group's Report Card on state performance for Nevada's Children

Note: Every two years the Childrens Advocacy Alliance, a watchdog group, issues the Nevada Children’s Report Card, grading the state on its efforts to improve the lives of its children. The Alliance looks at health, safety, education, and issues confronting teens. The report card released this morning gave Nevada a D-minus, the same grade it received in 2002 and 2004. The state received its highest grade – a C-minus – in 2000.
