Teacher Awards by Ky Plaskon

Two teachers from Nevada are recipients of the prestigious Milken Family Foundation National Educator Award. Joanne Ho's is one recipient and a teacher at Clark High School where they have lowered drop out rates - not with more money - simply through communication and applying known principles to underserved students. KNPR's Ky Plaskon reports.
