James Beard Awards Semifinalists Announced

Las Vegas now has some of the deepest and best kitchen talent in the world here, and the Oscars of the food world, are finally paying attention, according to food critic John Curtas.

The James Beard Awards announced their semifinalists last Friday, and Las Vegas scored ten nominations. See the list below.
