Is Gay Marriage Coming To Nevada?

Tick Segerblom recently sponsored legislation that would not just do away with the state's ban on gay marriage, it would also legalize same-sex unions in the state. Voters passed the gay marriage ban in 2000 and 2002, but public opinion on the subject has changed a lot since then.
