    Police Arrest Man With Handgun, Woman Impersonating Officer Near D.C. Checkpoints

    In separate incidents over the weekend, police arrested a 63-year-old woman who claimed to be an officer and a 22-year-old man carrying a firearm, high-capacity magazines and unregistered ammunition.

    Calif. Teen Arrested For Impersonating Officer Made A Traffic Stop, House Calls

    The 14-year-old wore a deputy sheriff's uniform and a holstered simulated firearm. A search of his home turned up a wig, counterfeit money, multiple ballistic vests and other simulation firearms.

    BURNS, Ore. (AP) — Federal prosecutors say nine additional people from six states have been charged in connection with the armed occupation of an Oregon wildlife refuge.

    The U.S. Attorney's Office in Oregon says seven of them were arrested Thursday and two remain at large.
