Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas will reopen with fireworks on Wednesday, April 27, property leaders announced Tuesday.

Hotel reservations will be available beginning April 28.

The property was renovated for $600 million in 2019. The property closed on March 18, 2020, and amid the pandemic was sold to the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians for $650 million.

The sale made Palms the first resort in Las Vegas fully owned and operated by a Native American tribe.

Popular restaurants Scotch 80 Prime, Mabel's BBQ by Chef Michael Simon and Send Noodles will be reopening.

"Additional information regarding spa, food and beverage, entertainment, pool and nightlife offerings will be announced soon," according to a media release.
