Raiders RB Josh Jacobs Won't Face DUI Charge In Las Vegas Crash

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Las Vegas Raiders player Josh Jacobs won't face a driving under the influence charge for crashing last week near McCarran International Airport.

His lawyers and a prosecutor said Monday that Jacobs' blood-alcohol level did not reach the 0.08% level needed to pursue a drunken driving charge.

The 22-year-old running back still has a March 8 court date on a failure to exercise due care traffic violation. Jacobs received several stitches for a cut forehead after the pre-dawn crash into a tunnel wall.
