Nevada GOP Drop Federal Voter Fraud Lawsuit

Nevada Republicans have dropped their federal voter fraud lawsuit over the November 3 election.

The suit had alleged that almost 10,000 people who voted in Nevada no longer lived in the state.

But a list the state GOP submitted to the court included individuals who moved out of state temporarily but are legally allowed to vote in Nevada, such as students and military families.
