CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — Gov. Steve Sisolak announced plans on Sunday to tighten restrictions on businesses as well as both public and private gatherings to contain the spread of the pandemic.
The new restrictions, which are scheduled to go into effect on Tuesday, will reduce the capacity limits for restaurants, bars, gyms, and casinos to 25% or 50 people, whichever is less.
They will also apply to private gatherings, including on Thanksgiving, when private celebrations will be limited to no more than 10 people, from no more than two households.
