LAS VEGAS (AP) — A gunshot briefly interrupted casino activity overnight at a Las Vegas Strip resort, but authorities say no one was injured and two people involved in an argument that led to it fled before police arrived.
The shooting happened a little after 2:30 a.m. Friday at the MGM Grand resort.
Police tell the Las Vegas Review-Journal that two men argued, one displayed a weapon, a witness acted to take the gun away and a shot was fired into the floor.
Police say the witness turned the gun over to security. Authorities are reviewing casino security video to identify the two men who argued.
