Shooting On Las Vegas Strip Injures 2; Several Arrests Made

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Authorities say two people have been injured following a shooting on the Las Vegas Strip.

According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, the shooting occurred about 2 a.m. Saturday on the sidewalk in front of the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. Officers arrived and reported finding a man and woman with non-life-threatening injuries.

Both victims were taken to a hospital for treatment. Police say the shooting was a result of an altercation between two groups of people and one man opened fire.
