The Clark County Commission approved a zoning ordinance Wednesday, allowing cannabis dispensaries to have drive-thru windows, effective September 3.
It applies to retail and medical marijuana businesses.
Plans for adding the windows must be submitted for county and state approval and must include a certified review from a licensed land surveyor.
