The new community-based COVID-19 testing site inside UNLV’s Thomas & Mack Center is set to open Tuesday, with appointments highly recommended.
The site is being operated by Clark County, University Medical Center and the Nevada National Guard in partnership with UNLV and University Police Services.
It is open to adults and children and has separate indoor areas to accommodate those who arrive with or without symptoms.
A walk-up testing station will offer some tests each day on a first-come, first-serve basis without appointments, depending on available supplies and staffing.
