Nellis Air Force Base will allow all personnel who work there to return on Monday.
The base remains under a public health emergency but is moving to the third of five phases of resuming operations.
Gatherings of more than 10 people will still be limited to essential missions. Dine-in options will resume at most base eateries with proper social distancing measures.
