3 Individuals, 2 Businesses Sue Governor Over Shutdown Order

Governor Steve Sisolak and other state officials face a lawsuit over the stay-at-home directive enacted in March.

KSNV-TV reports the complaint came yesterday from three individuals and two businesses.

The plaintiffs say orders from the state have led them to lose jobs or potential business that could have been conducted safely.

The complaint also lists a number of orders from Governor Sisolak the plaintiffs say violate the Constitution.
