The Washoe County Health District says that a spike in COVID-19 cases there is likely related to people gathering to celebrate Easter earlier this month.
Health officials say several people who tested positive as part of the 36-case jump on April 25 admitted to going to Easter gatherings, violating Nevada's current stay-at-home directive.
