Among the major events canceled in Las Vegas due to COVID-19 is the NFL draft celebration – that would have been held this week.
Hundreds of thousands of people were expected in town for the three-day event on the Strip that some also considered a coming-out party of sorts for the Las Vegas Raiders.
But there could be a light at the end of the coronavirus tunnel, the NFL has not yet announced a site for the 2022 event, and it’s possible that Las Vegas will have another opportunity.
