The City of Henderson says it’s giving $200,000 to the Clark County School District Technology Fund for laptop computers.
The move aims to make sure Henderson students have access to technology that will support distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The city and its Redevelopment Agency are each contributing $100,000, which will be used to purchase up to 2,000 Chromebooks.
