Health Officials In Nevada Work To Ramp Up Testing

Public health officials in Nevada are ramping up testing for COVID-19 as cases continue to mount.

The Washoe County Health District is operating a drive-through testing center in the parking lot of its headquarters in Reno.

Lottritz says many local hospitals are operating their own testing sites, including Renown and Saint Mary’s in downtown Reno.

Testing in Nevada is limited by available supplies, which the state receives from the federal government.
