Las Vegas, Henderson To Let Restaurants Sell Alcohol Curbside

The City of Las Vegas and the city of Henderson are going to allow restaurants selling curbside meals to sell alcohol along with them.

The cities will issue "Alcohol Time-Limited Permits" good for 30 days. The permits will be for businesses that already have an alcohol license and a food service license.

In Las Vegas, restaurants can only sell the types of alcohol they are currently licensed for and it must be in the manufacturer’s sealed container.

In Henderson, the permit, which does not require a fee, applies to restaurants with a bar or tavern. It also applies to those with a brewery license. The alcohol must be picked up with a meal.
