Donors have pledged more than $155 million to pay for the construction of a medical education building that will serve as the permanent campus for the UNLV School of Medicine.
The location on Shadow Lane will use nine acres of currently vacant land.
While the project will be completed through the formation of an LLC, the building will eventually be transferred over to the university.
