Sears will be closing its last full-line store in the Las Vegas Valley at Meadows Mall by February.
Parent company Transformco made the announcement Thursday.
The company received a $250 million investment but it still needed to streamline operations.
It will close 96 Sears and Kmart stores by February. That will leave 182 Sears and Kmart locations throughout the country.
