Nevada's District Court Senior Judge is among the four federal court nominations announced Wednesday by President Donald Trump.
The president named Judge Jennifer Togliatti to the U.S. District Court that covers Nevada.
Togliatti first took the bench in 1998 after serving as a Clark County deputy district attorney.
