A Nevada firearms dealer says he sold the weapon a California man used Sunday to kill three people and injure 15 at the Gilroy Garlic Festival.
On Monday, the owner of Big Mike’s Gun and Ammo in Fallon posted a message to the business’s Facebook page offering condolences and saying he hopes the shooter will “rot in Hell.”
The gun seller, who signed the message as “Mike,” wrote, “I did not know this individual. He ordered the rifle off my internet page.”

He went on to say the gunman “showed no reason for concern” when they met to complete the sale.
