The Nevada Athletic Commission levied medical suspensions against boxers Keith Thurman and Manny Pacquiao following their WBA welterweight title bout Saturday at the MGM Grand Garden.
Pacquiao is medically suspended until Aug. 20 with no contact allowed until Aug. 11. Thurman has a minimum suspension until Sept. 4 with no contact allowed until Aug. 20.
The commission issues a list of medical suspensions after each fight card in Nevada. Thurman dropped a split decision to Pacquiao in the headliner fight.
