Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak announced this week 10 additional schools have met the requirements to be designated as official Governor’s STEM Schools.
A press release says the 10 schools serve urban and rural students throughout the state. The Advisory Council on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics and the Governor’s Office of Science, Innovation and Technology developed the official Governor’s STEM School Designation based on national best practices.
