Owners Plan To Sell Bonnie Springs To Housing Developers

The owners of Bonnie Springs Ranch have plans to sell the property to build residential housing.

Documents were submitted to the county last month that show the 63-acre property would be broken into 22 different parcels.

No official sale has been recorded, but the property was previously listed on commercial real estate sites for $31 million.

A proposed housing development nearby at Blue Diamond Hill has been the subject of ongoing controversy among the county and residents.

But according to the Nevada Current, the proposed residential properties at Bonnie Springs do fall under existing zoning guidelines.
