An end is in sight for the reconstruction project along Interstate 15 known as Project Neon.
The Nevada Department of Transportation announced that lane closures along Interstate 15 between Sahara Avenue and the Spaghetti Bowl will be lifted Wednesday and Thursday.
When the closures end, both directions of the freeway will have an extra lane.
NDOT says the project is about 85 percent complete.
