The Clark County School District has released 104 pages of investigative records that conclude Trustee Kevin Child “created a hostile work environment” and ran afoul of district harassment policy.
A District Court judge ordered the records released to the Las Vegas Review-Journal on Monday.
Child denies all allegations and is suing the district. Judge Timothy Williams set a hearing in the case for Thursday
