The Silverton in Las Vegas is planning to expand its brand to Pahrump.
Documents filed with the town’s planning commission show plans for the Silverton Ranch Hotel and Casino, slated for construction on 7.5 acres off State Route 160 at the Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch.
The Las Vegas Sun reports plans for the project are up for approval Wednesday before the Pahrump Planning Commission.
It would include a five-story, 125-room hotel and 30,000-square-foot casino.
Construction will begin in August 2019, with completion slated for September 2020. Silverton said they would work closely with the Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch on marketing and promotional initiatives.
