The website opensecrets.org reports that in the second quarter of 2018, Sheldon and Miriam Adelson made two donations of $15 million each to the conservative Super PAC The Congressional Leadership Fund.
The fund supports House Republicans, and the Adelsons’ $30 million donations accounted for nearly 60 percent of the Congressional Leadership Fund’s total quarterly fundraising from April to June.
The Adelsons donated more than $80 million during the 2016 election season.
